Orientation Paper on 2012 KBBE call published

The Commission published an orientation paper containing what is most likely to be the work programme for the upcoming KBBE call.  Even though the call will officially be published on 20 July, this draft gives you a very good idea of the topics that can be expected in the next call. 
This early publication is very useful considering the early closing date of the call, due 17 November 2011.
Please be aware that this document is not official and its contents may change. If you plan to submit a proposal for this call always refer to the official call fiche and work programme once they are published.

The European Commission has launched a public consultation inviting beneficiaries and managers of public funds to send in their views on how to make the rules for grants and contracts more effective for everyone.
This is especially important as the EU begins to prepare the ground for a new generation of programmes in 2014.
